Housing Services

Live In Home Support

Our long-term housing program provides youth with a safe, staffed living environment where they receive daily support and guidance. Live-in support workers assist with day-to-day routines, appointments, activities, and connections to community resources.

Each youth is paired with a Resource Coordinator (RC) who provides individualized, one-to-one support. Together, they develop a strength-based Individualized Service Plan (ISP) tailored to the youth’s unique goals and needs. Youth also work with a Youth Worker who offers support in recreation, life skills development, and vocational training.

In times of crisis or when additional support is needed, youth and staff have access to an AYS Crisis Support Worker.

Our Goal

The Live-In Home Support Program empowers youth to build the skills and confidence needed for success in the community. We focus on:

  • Developing positive social connections and strengthening natural support systems

  • Encouraging educational and vocational growth

  • Building practical life skills

  • Strengthening coping and emotional regulation skills

  • Addressing health and wellness needs

  • Supporting identity, cultural, and spiritual exploration

Our approach is youth-centered, strengths-based, and focused on long-term stability and independence.
