Stage 2 Semi Independent

This specialized live-in home support program is designed for youth ages 17 to 19 with complex needs who are preparing for independent living and adulthood.
Youth live semi-independently within the residence, with their own private space to foster autonomy and build confidence in managing their time and responsibilities. Staff are present in the home to provide guidance and ongoing support.
The program focuses on developing core life skills, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and self-care. Each youth works one-to-one with a Transition Worker to strengthen these skills through individualized support and structured workshops. Live-in Home Support Workers also provide daily guidance to reinforce learning in real-life situations.
In addition, youth participate in group workshops with peers to further develop practical skills and build confidence in a supportive environment. Our goal is to equip youth with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to successfully transition into independent adulthood.
