YET is a goal-based program designed to engage hard-to-reach youth and support them through the early stages of housing stabilization. A key feature of the program is its strong outreach component. Staff actively meet youth where they are in the community, building trust and connection until they feel comfortable returning to the residence more consistently.

As youth begin returning to the home on a regular basis, the care team works collaboratively with them to plan a transition into a more permanent and stable housing option.
